You can always count on finding a great pint of beer when visiting Duluth. Duluth informally likes to call itself the craft brew capital of Minnesota, thanks in large part to the many fantastic craft breweries that dot our shores. Hops-loving tourists have been flocking to the North Shore for years, searching for their next favorite pint. Though Duluth’s old favorite hotspots are still thriving and serving up delicious brews, there are some new brewery expansions coming to Duluth. Also, just around the corner is the Gitchee Gumee Brewfest; a party for beer lovers everywhere! Book your room at our Luxury Bed and Breakfast, and come raise a pint of your favorite beer with us in Duluth.
Bent Paddle Brewery is Expanding
There have been some recent newcomers to the Duluth’s craft brew scene. Hoops Brewing and Earth Rider Brewing Company both opened earlier this year. Now, another exciting expansion to Duluth’s Craft Beer scene is underway: Bent Paddle Brewing is expanding! Their new Taproom, which is located in Duluth’s Lincoln Park Craft District, will allow the brewery to double their production. The Grand opening of their new Taproom is April 12, 2018. There will be several events at the old/current Taproom location on April 6-8, including live music and a new blonde brew release, followed by a few days of closure and the new Taproom opening on April 12. There will be no restaurant on-site at the taproom, but food trucks, mobile food vendors, and nearby restaurants will provide food options for Bent Paddle customers, making it a truly fun destination in Duluth.
