The Main House presents you with the choice of four spectacular rooms, while our Carriage House holds three beautiful and unique rooms; of which is one of Duluth’s finest, the Lake Superior Suite.

The rates are listed in order by weekday rates first, then weekend rates. Mondays through Wednesday are considered weekdays and are charged at the weekday rate unless booked as part of a weekend stay and/or if they fall on a holiday or special event. Thursday through Sunday are charged at the weekend rate. Holidays and special event days will be charged at the weekend rate, and may require a minimum two night stay. Holiday weekends may include but are not limited to New Year’s Eve/Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Tall Ships Event, Fourth Fest/Fourth of July, Blues Fest, Labor Day, etc.
