Our inn on the North Shore of Duluth offers guests the choice of seven beautifully appointed, unique, and classic guest rooms with luxurious modern amenities. The Main House presents you with the choice of four spectacular rooms, while our Carriage House holds three beautiful and unique rooms; of which is one of Duluth’s finest, the Lake Superior Suite.

The rates are listed in order by weekday rates first, then weekend rates. Sunday through Thursday are considered weekdays and are charged at the weekday rate unless booked as part of a weekend stay and/or if they fall on a holiday or special event.

During our high season (Mid-May thru October 31), we require a two-night minimum stay on the weekends to include a Friday and Saturday. However your weekend stay can include a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday; these bookings are welcome and will be assessed the full weekend rate. Weekend rates will be applied to all holidays and special events/days. During our quiet season (November 1 to Mid-May), we are more flexible regarding a one-night weekend stay.
